Welcome to my blog, there will be nothing but movie reviews and film related content here. I try and review a wide variety of films, from old to new, and throw in film reviews from the current year as well. All comments are appreciated here, I will reply as soon as possible, and feel free to follow!

Clint Eastwood in the Director's Chair, for all of his fans!

Clint Eastwood is one of the most popular actors in cinema history, possibly more popular and iconic than anyone else. But in my opinion, as much as I love his acting, he is far greater as a director, and he certainly makes my top 10 directors list. So I have come up with the obviously genius idea of watching every single film he ever directed (Uh oh, did he just say that?). However, my friends, don't get too excited because I very possibly will just drop the whole idea half way through. Anyway, I would not call this a marathon due to the fact that I will most likely watch and review other films in the process, but Clint Eastwood will definitely be taking up most of my time for the next 2-4 weeks. Enjoy!

On another note, what are everyone's thoughts on Eastwood's films, both directed and acted in? All opinions are welcome!

  1. Of Eastwoods films, i've seen Mystic River and Unforgiven. Mystic River was a pretty great film, but Unforgiven has to be one of the best films i've seen, and it helps that it was released on the year of my birth.

  2. Hmmm I did not love Mystic River, 3/4, and have yet to see Unforgiven. Thanks for the comment!

  3. I'm a huge Eastwood fan. Did he direct J. Edgar?

  5. His films have won two Best Picture Oscars (Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby) surely that must mean something? Personally, I think he is brilliant. Better director or actor, I would have to agree with you. He's a great actor but a finer director.

  6. Of course, not to mention he won Best Director for both of them as well! Hey, do you have a blog?
